Miles Ashe

Miles Ashe (he/him) is a proud native of East St. Louis, IL. He began taking dance classes at the Center of Creative Arts (COCA) at the age of 10. After a year of taking classes, Miles was invited to join COCA’s pre-professional company. Miles has had the opportunity to study dance at several summer intensive programs, including The Ailey School and The School of American Ballet. Throughout his time at Juilliard, Miles has worked with renowned choreographers including Justin Peck, Bobbi Jene Smith and Or Schraiber, and Yue Yin. Miles is a recipient of Juilliard’s Jerome L. Greene Fellowship. In 2023, he was awarded the Obama-Chesky Voyager two-year Scholarship for Public Service from the Obama Foundation.
